The Traverse City Track Club is a non-profit organization, founded in 1962 by Traverse City-area running enthusiasts who wanted to make the enjoyment of running and walking available to everyone. The TCTC serves a five-county area: Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau Counties, putting on programs, activities, and events for members and non-members. The TCTC has given over $2.5 million back into the community. The Bayshore Marathon, which has occurred on Memorial Day weekend since 1983, is the most popular event, known nationwide as a top destination running event.

TCTC Mission: The Traverse City Track Club promotes and encourages health, fitness, fellowship, community service, family recreation and competition via running and walking. We welcome all ages and abilities.
